Honestly I think it's just the sellers don't have a clue what they are doing.  Doesn't make sense to sell two days before the presentation at Cryptolina.  This is part of the problem investing in the low priced coins, your mixed in with this kind of panic stupidity (not directed to the poster) where people sell over media hype, drive the price down, instead of seeing that using Coval/Emblem would actually solve the issues right now in the media when it is released.
