We believe Egypt and Belgium will be the dark horses this year. If Salah is at 100% expect him to do his magic and lead Egypt at least to the knock out stage (if the refs don't help out the hosts too much). For other surprises look for early Spain leave. Losing your coach days before the event is a MASSIVE blow to the team and we really doubt that the new coach can do anything with the team in the limited time he's given.
Sacking the coach at times like this will certainly shake the team's cohesiveness. The new coach means a new strategy and how will the players understand the new coach's strategy when the time is limited? This decision is the worst decision in my opinion.
