I don't believe in media manipulation arguments personally. Most of crypto investors around these forums don't even follow mainstream media writings. Most people are wise enough to buy their ideas themselves..
I respectfully disagree with your opinion, as I believe that media manipulation plays a major role in the Bitcoin price.
Television shows like Fast Money regularly have segments on the crypto market and many of the panel members are crypto investors.
For example, when Coinbase's new President & Chief Operating Officer Asiff Hirji spoke about the new venture fund, the price of BTC went up.
Not only that, but to claim that "Most of crypto investors around these forums don't even follow mainstream media writings" isn't entirely accurate either.
