Both BTC and real estate is good in terms of investtment they have a lot of chances to profit but one thing I know for sure is they have also the pros and cons depending on the current globalisation or the economic growth and nowadays real estate is booming especially in our country and Bitcoin for now is experiencing it's own downfall although we know that they have a lot of chances to rise from it's downfall and we hope that we gain more from bitcoin soon.
