I think they do it on purpose every so often so people will lose their loyalty bonus. Try writing bitcoin cash email. It doesnt work, email bounces back. I lost mine so I just claim very few times a day. Its a shame they dont have a loyalty system thats fair.
if their site is down the bonus system will not be disturbed but u need to check every few hours to see the site is working and claim
