paccoin is POS minting , i leave 200M paccoin in full sync wallet and no encrypted 2 days , but nothing POS minting come in my wallet
make sure u goto tools on your pac wallet, tools-->open config file --> then put staking=1 and save the file. Once you have mature coins in your wallet and it's unlocked as well you will stake coins
