If bitcoin will hit $6000 then it will probably end up with $5800 or $5900 ethereum can hit $400 but that does not matter there will be bounce for me.
Precisely so people should not be panicking because this market will bounce again. $400 can be a good entry point for eth because this is a good coin that can go even higher in the coming years. Yeah, everything is possible at the current market. Bear trend and different destructive scenario from FUDS, Exchange hack , Sec regulators and etc. But also I believe ETH could go as high as 3,000$ why? cause it's crypto. 
Yeah, the potential for this coin is still very strong this market is being controlled by the negative emotion of weak investors time will come and a green candle will be made. Investors should focus more on having great coins like ETH.
