Personally, I find peace in my life doing what I love, being to myself, and being with the one that I committed to. Love is the cure of to everything and it brings me peace knowing I have these things in life that I can run to.
Well in life a lot of ways to find peace but I agree with what you say. Another way also if your always going to church it is a simple way but I guarantee that you can always find peace of mind there.
