You believe this, and this guy who insists on this too: Fundstrats Lee Admits Poor Prediction of Bitcoin Rally, Still Expects $25k Price by Year End
But I do not think we will reach the price of more than $ 18,000 by the end of this year and my reasons are only two:
1 - The pressure of governments and lack of clear laws on crypto
2 - Banks that are intensifying their pursuit against bitcoin
I do not think we will see 20000 dollars again this year.

Well, I think I have a slightly different view on those two points you have brought up. I mean, $18,000 by end of the year is unlikely IMO, but it is still a possibility. Here are my responses to some of the points you raised.

There currently aren't clear laws on crypto but that has always been true since Bitcoins inception in 2009. If anything, in the near future these laws on crypto will become clearer than they have ever been. This is good, more regulation legitimizes Bitcoin.

Banks have just blocked credit card purchases of crypto. This is perfectly reasonable. Just like how you can't buy stock with credit cards. Banks will not outright block crypto, and if they do, the free market will pick the banks that don't block it. If a bank blocks anyone from buying crypto, this won't have a long-term negative effect.
While I personally do think $18,000 at end of the year is unlikely, it is definitely still possible and not completely ruled out. I have been wrong in the past, and no one really can accurately speculate. it is all just a guessing game, no one knows anything.
As long as the Bitcoin is responding people will not going to stop it demanding, the present conditions are situational and we need to wait some more time like we did and seen recoveries in the past.
