Dude, when you get banned is YOU being banned, no your account. So, again, in the rules, you are only allowed to create a new account in order to write in meta for revision (if any deserved, which is not your case).

I just Read rules now that you share, i have make mistake and sent email and saying sorry on banapeal. now what i should do for next i should delete this thread and other thread too that i created?
i did not joined bounty with new account i just sending weekly reports that i was applied from banned account. those are weekly bounty reports.
if i post wrong or make mistake then mod send me warning so i make correct with my posts. i don't know without warning msg, they banned me. i was a new. i am here come for help to solve my issue, i will never do again my mistakes.
