Hi samlitecoin. You're welcome to withdraw cryptocurrency to another Kraken account but not fiat for compliance reasons. Please note that you cannot withdraw Ripple, Stellar Lumens, Monero or Zcash to another Kraken account either. These funds would first need to be withdrawn to an external wallet.
