As far as I know the majority of the bounty campaign of many ICOs out there do not send the payment for the bounty campaign together with the investors. Investors are the first priority of sending the coins/tokens and the bounty payment is always late that that takes for almost two months to secure the profit of the investors and the price of the coins.
