Be smart and do what the above user advised you to do, no one in the currency exchange cares about you getting scammed and what was OgNasty suppose to do when your account was hacked, that's all your fault for not protecting your accounts and you saw an email to block your account after it was allegedly hacked, why didn't you do that before he contacted OgNasty?
As an escrow he fulfilled his duty to hold the btc until the person who sent the btc told him to release the funds, he can't be blamed for you getting hacked, that is all your fault, lean to use complicated passwords that can't be hacked and use different passwords for different account or you will keep getting screwed and blaming others for your stupidity.
