Watching, mainly for the response of ughh123 to this and the resulting actions they take in regards to their already running bouties on behalf of Tonal Quantum.

It wouldn't surprise me that scammers are running dozens scams and managing bounties for their own scams.

I know this is slightly off topic here (would probably better fit into a dedicated thread), but since OP mentions the ICO and the bounty, it's worth having a look at what ughh123 does outside of Tonal Quantum.
Checking further back into the portfolio of ughh123, I've found at least two more problematic campaigns.

HDX seems to have vanished after their ICO closed in late May, with the Bounty being unpaid (supposedly due for payment on June 10).

XPV ended in May as well, and has not been paid yet. The website for the ICO is down at this point, as are telegram/social media channels.

haii Lutpin thank for your concern. only HDX Scam me and they did not pay me for my bounty managing but they send me 400 000 hdx for bounty campaign and that 400 000 hdx token still on their website,

XVP is not a scam because they paid all participants weekly other participants did not received rewards because of their mistakes.
