What's the problem with you. It is natural when a start up want to raise money easily with ICO. They don;t have problem but you have. What do you think, can they get million USD loan from a bank easily? If they scam or not, now the world of crypto isn't mature yet so there will be more change in the near future so investors will only invest and get information easily to legit ICO.
