You do not panic because you understand what it can lead to, and you do it right, you always need to look at the long-term perspective 
Maybe I am some kind of strange, but I don't panic for the next reason: I consider those numbers on my screen (money on the wallet), as just an opportunity to have money, not as already earned money.
