Yes, they had problems with Paypal who blocked their account during the fundraiser so they postponed the ICO until September.
This project is based in the US, what is your opinion on the SEC thing ? I heard they will make it harder for people to do ICO in America.

In the case of titanium, the team are selling unregistered securities which is forbidden by the law and they also said that they have partnership with Disney, Paypal, Intel...etc which are all bullshits.
Ill lost 7k$ in Titanium project!(
