Most promising ICO project usually does presale with a requirements to invest like 100k minimum. So im wandering is there any ICO syndicate or any company, so one (small investor) could joing pre sale of ICOs and buy coin he likes for a big discount pre sale offers?
All countries where ICOs are run should regulate against pre offerings and similar. But as we just saw it just happened in USA that they decided that EH is not a security at all. IT is just to big to fail. To many big names put money in and run projects on top of Etehreum.
