You have a point, it can take 2 years for the market to recover but I think no one really knows how long. It may take 2 years or even 5 years or next week the market will go up again who knows. My point is what we all are doing are right are mere speculations. We all know that crypto is unpredictable and its movement is hard to read and comprehend. The best thing to do right now is wait and see how things progress the next few days or months, it's the only thing you can do if you want to avoid stress.
Waiting that long could lead to more stress but holding is a better option then looking at the charts everyday without having any coins in the trade...
I can relate to that because I always look at my balance everyday and sometimes I really feel upset due to the bear market nowadays.
I think we also need to control our emotion so it will not harm our health, let's juts believe it will rise and succeed.
