Yeah that’s an unfortunate but common situation in crypto unfortunately, where a lot of altcoins and ICOs are pump & dump coins or cash grab or scam schemes. From my experience once coins are in a big downward spiral they don’t come back relative to the rest of the crypto market - as in the might rise in the next significant market upturn, but probably not as much as BTC and the best altcoins.

You can’t get specific investment advice on here of course, but it’s worth reading the general advice of other crypto investors here. Like most of them I would suggest cutting your losses in that situation and selling for whatever BTC or ETH you can get, and I would make sure going ahead that you don’t have all your ‘eggs in one basket’ and that you have a well-balanced portfolio of BTC and the better altcoins so that you make the best return in the next big market upswing which may come towards the end of this year but prolly next year. And as always remember you can lose everything in crypto, and never invest more than you can afford to lose! Good luck with your investing!
