as many have said, many icos are created by scammers and have no use in real life, however there are some good projects like ETH and NEO, but these projects will not give you a big profit in the long run, in my opinion you can do 3x at most with ETH or even NEO, but with bitcoin is another history, buy bitcoin and Hold for years that is the best option
