Maybe we may see the price boost by that much level but it might take some time for it.I participated in the project ICO and it was quite successful with soft cap reached very soon and pre-ICO sale was also fully subscribed.So the project was great but after that prices have hugely fluctuated and gone down and it seems prices being manipulated but still it could manage to recover from all and reach high levels.
