I want to say that if you are not like this, then you are not a person with a true personality. This is the normal reaction of everyone. Unless you have been trained to keep yourself calm in the face of losses.
I agree we need to stay calm and always be ready when facing this kind of situation and our patience will be tested on how long can we endure this but as long as we know what to do for sure we can overcome this all and in the end we will succeed it.
