I would love to help out the project.
Here's my spec:
Processor: Intel i7-7700HQ @2.80GHz
RAM: 16GB
GPU: GTX 1060
Windows 10 Pro v1803
Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc (anything you want)

Note: wouldn't it be easier to use browser runnable script that automate this process?
Something like http://webkay.robinlinus.com/ or http://valve.github.io/fingerprintjs2/ should be very simple to develop.
