This is a decentralized incarnation of aliases on Macs, links on Unix and shortcuts on Windows. It's an extended version though, for example, u can link "timmyd" to "tel:12478713425" and anyone who clicks timmyd link will be able to call u even if u change ur phone numbers very often.
