Is it a good time to buy Ethereum now? I'm afraid that it will rise again soon and I'm trying to save up to buy an ICO this mid July.. Is it worth the risk?

Also, I'm saving up to buy MET (Menlo Tokens) for an ICO platform which they say will be an all-in-one marketplace for ICOs. Anyone heard of Menlo One and the devs behind it? Need some guidance if I should buy Eth and invest in MET when it launches?
