of course, we havent found a block yet either, so there's a tradeoff!  but we are offering a 100K DOGE bonus to whoever finds the first one in our pool Smiley

Can someone explain me why the blocks are "found"? Or link me a good guide.
I'm new at mining, I'm doing it for the glory of DOGE! (and cryptocurrencies in general)
