no, I don't think that this is a gambling because we are waiting for the price to get down so we can buy and then we wait for a while to see the price increases. in this way, we can expect to make a profit because after the price is down, usually the price will be increased again although we don't know the time to increase and at least, we have a hope that the price will increase later.
