Nice! Russia is one of the countries that definitely should and should have legalized bitcoin earlier, but now that Russia will be legalizing it I have a great great feeling that their economy would improve by the end of 2018 or in the summer of 2019, but I am quite sure that Russia's economy would be definitely be better.
Not to mention that bitcoin has below 1% overall impact to world economy, but legalizing bitcoin doesn't mean better economy, even worse country with lower market capitalization than bitcoin could get crisis
