the page has been locked from "authorities" and many places have all ready marked this as a scam, if not, this has been badly marketed, there is no such thing as "guaranteed"

This is a joke, it was made to show how easy it is for people to be scammed from these shitty ICO's who promise everything that simply isn't going to come true. Not suprised to see that some people have gotten confused by it.
