No. Bitcoin will begin to rally sometime this year.

I hope that too, but why it would happen? Ligtning networks? Is there any info Lightning networks are now about to start real world use of the BTC?

All that has to happen is for a fiat whale to backstop it and then for people to start to get caught in that greed feedback loop.

I dont think any new technical reason will build rally for bitcoin to reach new ATH. I think just more and more institutional investors will buy BTC and slowly push it back to $20000. Once that will happen hype will start again and people will start buying it. I dont see Bitcoin reach new ATH this year, earliest mid next.
