No worries, these are good questions. I have completed a few POCs using open source software (like Peatio) on AWS (Ubuntu Server 16.04) but you should assume we're going to be starting from scratch.
I'm looking for people who could help develop and promote the exchange, who have some good ideas on how to run it and who want to be part of it (co-own). I hope it makes sense
