It's been 48 hours and still no response from
support@eclipsemc.comMy IP is still blocked from home.
I was able to access my account from work and I attempted to reset my password, but it said I couldn't and to contact support... this is crazy.
I think something has happened. They've probably been hacked and are locking down all activity.
Or maybe they're running off with our bitcoins... who knows, since they won't RESPOND!!!
I have no doubt Inaba will sort out your problem. Just wait a little longer.
