1. Low Quality Articles and Videos will not be accepted.

11. Count of stakes will be made at the end of campaign
12. Copying and translating bounty thread, ann thread, WP will be considered as low quality.
13. Submit the actual link of the article/video. NO ONE WILL USE URL SHORTENER - automatic 0 stakes
