In my opinion, NEO is a great option. I have put such coin into my portfolio. It is called the Chineese Ethereum and I think it has all the potential to become top altcoin.
I think tokens such as Aitheon, Menlo One and Neo have high potential. This may seem like a bad year for most investors who are stuck at a loss, but definitely good for adding to our positions in the mentioned tokens especially for Menlo since it's still about to launch its token sale this coming July.
