Unfortunately you will may read, receive, heard false, anonymous informa6on from indelicate persons amongst hired Advisors who thought they might take advantage of work, knowledge of serious and professional Persons.

Cubaaz is recently victim even anonymously on socials, blogs, and forums, emails of smear campaign by a small group of this “Advisors” who apparently make, by aJempt or blackmailing Companies their own leaving.

Cubaaz to preserve, protect his investor’s interests will chase, on all support, plaLorm, media, social etc..., any defamatory, any person’s aJempt of extor6on and sue them in All Country.
Our ICO scope was and still to raise funds to create and develop the Cubaaz tourism platform.

We inform and confirm to our investors that we have not used and will not be using a single $ of funds raised un6l the end of Phase 2 of our ICO (final sales) which should start at the end of July and end at the end of September.

If at the end of the phase 2 of our ICO we estimate that the collected funds are not sufficient to carry out successfully the launch of the project (development, publicity etc.) and is not profitable for us, our team and our investors, then we will entirely refund our investors.

This is our policy and statement since we do not want to behave like many of today ICO who raises huge funds, but develops the project with 10% of the collected funds and keeps 90% for them.

At end in these cases the investor will lose is money because the project even if well launched will not have the expected success, in fact to have success, even with a great project, you have to make extremely important investments. Additionally, the investor will have no recourse because the project will have been launched accordingly to plans.

Finally, we inform our investors that Cubaaz no longer cooperates with the company Knowdle and its CEO Felipe Garcia, we believe that its artificial intelligence technology is not mature yet and do not meet our project needs. We no longer believe in the synergy with this Company that in addition has no loyal Partnership behavior.
