Yes it is that right time to buy bitcoin now until it's value is still low but the low value of bitcoin doesn't mean that bitcoin is going to be unvaluable, decreasing of value of bitcoin is just normal because that what really do. So buy now and wait for it to pump again and start selling it to earn huge return.
