Thanks for the responses

I closed all browsers down and started back over with IE.   Coinedup actually loaded.   MUCH MIRACLE!!!   I used my original login and was able to get in and see my doges!!!!!!!

I went back in using chrome and used same login and again it brought me into a different account with 0 Doge.   

So i dont know WTF this means but just letting people know incase having same problem
