Yes, Dogecoin is best for small fast transfers because fees are very small and transactions are very fast. I always use Dogecoin to transfer small items between exchanges.
I do same with my funds, when it comes to transfer it from one exchange to another. I buy Doge, fee is 1 coin Cheesy, price doesn't changes so much, so it makes easy to transfer funds and sell 1 sat higher.
