I guess the Bitcoin needs to improve is their security through websites and everything so it won't be easily hacked by aliens. That's mostly the case since every transaction needs to be done online. Desperate people will do anything to get everything.
I will give two suggestions the one is to consider the exchange rates and the second is to improve the transaction confirmation timing, otherwise i cannot see and feel any other change to be taken in bitcoin, In fact most of the people are not using bitcoin in their daily life because of the transaction fee which is increasing from time to time.
