NEO surpassing bitcoin in 2019? No that's not going to happen. NEO has a promising future, it can even meet up with bitcoin but in the far far future not as close as that of 2019 you forecast. Bitcoin will surely dominate the crypto market for not less than ten years from now.
I don't think NEO will bypass Bitcoin in the nearest future. ETH will more likely do it. More than 805 altcoins are on the Ethereum blockchain, and it just costs $500! Unlike NEO which doesn't show any real progress.
