hello, we are planning to launch a beta version in December 2018/January 2019 approx, and yes we are planning to have rules and limits to fund accounts to avoid laundry and other systems.

thank-you but you did not answer my question,, specifically are you or have you or will you implement KYC,, the answer you gave was very glib.. also will you swap out to a financial blockchain (ie ripple) to enable R/L online service in regards to the casinoi operation?
