Yes. There's no escrow for this campaign so it has a big risk and possibility that every participant will not get paid.
No reaching hard cap is not a condition for payment.They will pay 1% of the total raised funds of the ICO.
If there will be few investors then the stake will be that low.
We have successfully raised the soft cap and we are confident that the upcoming ICO will hit the hard cap. We are committed to pay the participants from the amount raised.
Why they didn't allocated 1% from the soft cap just for sake of budgeting their bounty if they are committed to pay participants?
