We do not run away from the questions asked, just we think that feeding this topic will only increase its visibility and therefore will harm us in one way or another, even if the accusations are false.

Nevertheless, I will answer your questions anyway.

Our website is not down, we finished our Pre-sale and being the victim of blackmail and also of large-scale defamation campaign we decided to put on line on Cubaaz.io a press release to inform the public. But we reserve all other communications and update only to our investors by email and private message. They are the only ones who need to be informed in real time of the progress of the project and our ICO.

Then we never used the funds collected because we are not sure to do the phase 2 of the ICO (final sale) and therefore the project. And if we decide not to do Phase 2 of the ICO then we will refund 100% of the funds raised immediately. And it is for this reason that we do not want to use the funds raised until our leaders is made a final decision. This decision will be made at the beginning of July. If we do phase 2 then it will start at the end of July and end in September. If we decide not to do so then we will start the investor refund process and make an official announcement to announce it.
 
Now every person can have a different opinion, think differently can agree with our vision or not at all. But no one has the right to denigrate or defame our society just because their point of view is different. It's our society, it's our ICO and we claim to be able to behave as we think.

The most important for us is our investors and none of our investors has complained.
