I know this post is old but I had to laugh at the idiots that paid for a pump and dump signal and got scammed.  Funnies shit ive seen all day, idiots that think an exchange would have a oump and dump group for thier exchamge.  Then they called the cops when they are the ones trying to commit the crime lol.  Yeah pump and dump is a crime, its called market manipulation.
