I think the original mission was to promote Bitcoin, and to increase public awareness. Now that Bitcoin has achieved world dominance, and spawned a whole new industry in the banking sector, and I think it is expanding to cover many related topics. I'm quite excited by the prospect of tapping into the wealth of knowledge here to discuss the new government currencies that will be introduced to replace the current failing fiat system.
