From what I know they want to get banking license and only after that they'll handle the cards.
They are getting pissed by so many answers and they fave poor PR. Quite shame... However, this may be the reason for the lack of answers.


Now.. by the amount of FUD and trolling in this thread I tend to believe that this project actually has a chance to succeed
