Much will depend on how much money the developers can collect. The speed of development will directly depend on this.
You have correctly noticed. The developers have already written that the project will take place regardless of fees, simply the more fees there are, the faster the project will be implemented.
This gives us hope, of course. But I still hope that the tokens will be sold and everything will go according to the terms described in the document.
