I would say that's a top 10 project with some reasonable adoption.
Blocknet is a very good project.
Their integration discussion with the Syscoin Team got my attention. Both quite thorough and forward-thinking projects with no shortage of use cases. It's nice to see two good teams work together so openly and willingly. Here's the video...
