I'm not looking for a project to invest in, I'm looking for a profitable project that lacks a developer. There seems to be a lot of developers without projects, I'm wondering if there are too many developers or if projects simply don't yield enough money to make it worthwhile for the developers.
Their are lot of projects where developer have run away or not able to fill the project properly. you have to check it and can proceed to talk with them. Even some coins who are listed but as developer was not able to fully develop the project and run away in that project also you can develop and earn it.

no for a cut of future tokens, maybe. Let's say you have an interesting project with a large engaged community but lack the funds, and have the chicken and egg problem. Now if I can bring you a developer who will work for tokens or an investor who will pay a developer in exchange for his tokens(and I get a cut) you overcome the problem.
